I have also used Chat and they took me through all the trouble shooting elements I had already tried and it is still hit or miss to Synchronize.
I have an iPhone.
Is this a Sense issue ? I didn’t have this issue with my former FitBit.

Seems like this is a common issue, possibly due to the recent Fitbit update on iPhones, as it was working before.
In which case its probably best to inform Fitbit Support directly again. They may be able to help you.
