Bought the Sense and the charge 5 about a month ago, they bought have issues syncing .
i was very excited about the Sense!
i was recently diagnosed with Cancer and needed a good health tracking device , the Sense seemed to have it all!

First welcome to the Fitbit community.
This thread is great on getting the battery life under control. Personally, my optimal settings seem to be brightness dim, screen wake motion and button, always on display off, snore & noise detection off, SpO2 on. I'm currently on day 3 with 45% so I should be able to hit 5 days.
As for the syncing issues, it does appear to be a problem for both iOS and Android. I wasn't able to get my water log or EDA Scans from my watch to my app. And water logs from app to the watch. For me, deleting the Sense in the app and then re-adding has seemed to help and I only did that once. There's probably another thread on syncing troubleshooting but I don't have it on hand.
