Screwed by $200 sense watch that lasted 1 year and then even though downloaded would not install new update AFTER I payed to renew premium! What Junk. They said they would give me 30% off a new one. So it can fail next year- I've heard they've already failed. And the fee is exhortation anyway. Keep it. I only wanted it for sleep. Any $4 pedometer or your phone can track your steps. NEVER again! And the initial reviews for sense one were so glowing. They clearly haven't road tested or are flat out lying

Hi @JEllen0000 - if you are trying to update the watch firmware and it won't this is probably due to a fault in the new V4 Fitbit App.
There is no need to install a new firmware if the watch is working.
If there is a problem with the watch a new firmware is generally not the solution to the issue instead posting what is not working may help get a fix for it.

@JEllen0000 - what happened, did you factory reset it and have an Android phone?
Unless there was an actual watch fault it is probably fine. What happens when you run the setup in the Fitbit App?
