Sense won't notify me of high or low heart rate

Fitbit sense won't notify me of high low heart rate. On the high low heart rate app, it says sync settings, and I click on it, and it says syncing settings, and it just stays this way. And I've searched and tried everything. This is a replacement I received from fitbit because not getting enough battery power. I'm on a galaxy note 10 plus on my original fitbit. it didn't work either.

Are you taking about this setting? So you make the adjust in custom but does it not stay?

Keep in mind it does say "... while you appear to be inactive for at least 10 minutes."

I don't see "sync settings" anywhere.  Are you looking at a different screen?

Yes, in the high low heart rate app on gallery

I'm not using Sense so don't have that app option in my gallery for my tracker, so I can't really see any details of that app.  I assume it is a third-party app, but it sounds like whatever it does is now available as an standard feature without needing to install a separate app by clicking heart rate tile, then gear icon.

It is the app that comes with the sense that it's pre installed. I would add a picture but don't know how

Screen capture, then camera icon above text entry box.

Very likely @Hgraham1987 doesn't have yet the possibility to add pictures to his posts due to low posts count.

Maybe that was from before Fit incorporated it as standard and never removed it from app gallery.  You might try looking for the same thing from heart rate tile > gear icon and see if that behaves better.

Are you aware that you will not get notifications when you are exercising?; this is only for when at rest.
