Sense won’t pair after my 4 digit code

Since I have received my sense I have had difficulty syncing. I have have done everything suggested.  I decided to uninstall and reinstall my Fitbit. Now after I enter the 4 digit code my Fitbit won’t pair. When I look at my Bluetooth settings it says that I’m connected.

Thanks for taking the time to troubleshoot your Sense. I'm sorry for the difficulties that you've experienced and even though you've tried some steps, please give a try to the following in the given order:

  1. Remove the Sense from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Turn off other nearby Bluetooth connections.
  3. Check if the Fitbit app is updated.
  4. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  5. Restart your Sense.
  6. Open the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Set Up a Device.
  7. Select the Sense and follow the onscreen instructions.

Hi @SunsetRunner if your fitbit is still connected to your phone, the fitbit app will not be able to setup the tracker to your fitbit account. 

As @LizzyFitbit mentions, you have to remove the Sense from your phones Bluetooth. 

After the Sense is connected to your fitbit account, the fitbit app will connect the Sense to the phone.
