Hi there, @ahmedaziz202. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Sense.

If you haven't done so yet, I suggest following the tips and recommendations provided here Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Hope that helps.

Hi, @ahmedaziz202, have you loaded the latest Fitbit iOS version 3.70?

Let us know.

@ahmedaziz202 Thanks for following the tips and recommendations provided above. @Gr4ndp4 Thanks for helping out!

I'd like to know if you have any other devices connected to your phone's Bluetooth that you use frequently? If so, I'd recommend trying the following:

1. Remove the Fitbit device from your phone's Bluetooth settings and in the Fitbit app.

2. Remove other devices that you may have connected to your phone's Bluetooth settings.

3. Restart your Fitbit device.

4. Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.

5. Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.

6. Set up your Fitbit device.

7. Once you make sure that your Fitbit device is connected and syncing, please link your other Bluetooth devices to your phone.

Hope that helps.

Hi, @ahmedaziz202, you will have noted that the Fitbit Blaze is a substantially different device from the Fitbit Sense. The Fitbit environment has advanced at least two generations during this time. This is a community forum where volunteers (like myself) and moderators provide advice.

Allowing you have followed the advice from @MarreFitbit and are on iOS 3.70 and you are still stuck I suggest you talk to "Customer Support" using the chat facility or phone for a prompt response.

Cheers
