Hi @Emypoto - this may be normal if you are in the phone's Bluetooth. The phone isn't able to do that, as it is done by the Fitbit App. Try the following
Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.
Turn off any other devices with the Fitbit App running.
Restart the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.
Login and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync.

Hey MarreFitbit. I want to report in as well. I have been a Fitbit customer/App user since 2015. I currently own a Sense Watch. Purchased in Fall of 2021. So, not a new user. Typically I do not have to resync my watch every single time I open my phone app. I have already for three days tried to troubleshoot this issue. I have poured over the community board. Nothing has helped. There was an Apple update recently and since then the watch has been unsuccessful at staying paired. I can pair with success. But if I walk away from my phone, the pairing will not stay connected. Please turn this problem into FITBIT techs so they can investigate the Bluetooth issue with Apple Iphone Fitbit app. Thanks in Advance.

@Curly8327 I don't think the Bluetooth pairing problem is specific to iPhones. The same thing started happening to me after the most recent FitBit app update with my Android phone (Pixel 7Pro). As long as my watch & phone stay within Bluetooth range they stay connected & synced. As soon as Bluetooth disconnects because I am not close to my phone it is difficult to re-establish the Bluetooth connection & sync between my Sense and my phone. I never had this problem until the recent FitBit app update.

You could try the Contact Developer option in the Play Store / App Store as one method.
