Sense won't provide readings in Health metrics

Have had Sense for a month and still not receiving readings for Skin Temp, HRV, and breathing rate in Health metrics. Paired with IPhone 10R. Have done a factory reset once. What should I do now

Thanks for letting me know about your Sense and for the steps tried prior to posting. Just to confirm, is your watch syncing correctly with the Fitbit app? Is your Premium subscription still active? Also, do you see the skin temperature readings in the temperature tile of the Fitbit app?

 

In the meantime, please give a try to the following steps:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Check if the Fitbit app is updated.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app. For iOS devices, see this article.
  4. Reboot your phone.
  5. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.
  6. Pull down on the screen to force a manual sync and check your details.

Yes it is syncing with my phone and my premier acct is open. Tried again and it is still not working. I am going to return it for a refund. Thank you for your help
