Sense won't receive any type of notifications

I received my Sense about a month ago in exchange for my Ionic (RIP, loved that watch). I set it up and I was receiving call, text, and email notifications, and I would get the fun, fireworks alert when I hit my step count. About 3 weeks ago, it all stopped. No call, text, email, or step goql notifications. I've restarted the watch, disconnected Bluetooth, reconnected Bluetooth, stopped and restarted notifications and I got nothing. At this point I would overlook the potential burning just to have my dependable Ionic back. Help!

Hi @baebrown  - also swipe the watch face to the right to get to Quick Settings and make sure that sleep or do not disturb have not been enabled accidentally

Often restarting the phone and watch will cure a syncing issue which will stop notifications working.

Thank you!! Not sure how sleep mode was activated, but I'll blame it on my toddler. Thanks again!
