Did you ensure your watch is syncing all the time and did you do all the notifications settings?
In the phone Fitbit App Click on profile photo [top left] Device photo [middle left] Notifications And verify the top 4 items are correctly defined. Also App notifications and select any apps you want to hear from. |

Best AnswerYour Sense will only receive notifications that are sent from the phone. The fix will be found on the phone

Best AnswerThe problem was that the “do not disturb “ on the Sense itself was enabled so I could not receive text messages on my watch. It’s ok now.. I’ve never read where this has to be disabled.

Best AnswerThat is the definition of DND. Setup up a sleep schedule and the tracker will go into its sleep mode and not disturb you at night.
Best AnswerMy sense receives all notifications (emails, security notifications, calls) EXCEPT texts. Very frustrating. Checked all of the above on phone and fitbit and no texts come through.

Hi @arod018 - there is a phone configuration for this.
Essentially any notifications that appear on the phone status bar will appear on the watch, if enabled on the phone and the watch is not in do not disturb or sleep mode.
If you have an iPhone you may need to adjust Settings, Notifications, Show Previews, Always and in Settings, Messages make sure they are configured correctly.
