Sense won’t reply to messages

So I got messages and tried to reply using my sense and it only Ives me the option to clear then I tried figuring it out online and I have no quick replies so I tried getting those on and selecting quick replies and I go to my profile click on my bracelet and go to notifications like it says and there is no option for quick reply and I’m so confused

Hi @NoseyRosie Do you have an Android phone (if so which one?) Or an iPhone? If it is an iPhone you wont be able to reply to texts as Apple doesn't allow it.

Same problem. I've just uninstalled everything and started again but still cannot reply to messages.

 

Does anyone know the answer. Will try to contact fitbit later. So frustrating!
