Sense won't reset and battery drains fast

so where do i start with this expensive but nothing but trouble smartwatch. Firstly i give it a full charge on a normal watchface and the claim is it can last 5 days wrong im lucky if it last 24hrs. Secondly the watch does not reset. To be honest i seem to have problem after problem and dont think i will ever buy a fitbit again.

Hi @garyjarv, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I totally understand how you feel about the reset and battery draining issues that your Fitbit Sense has experienced.

 

I'd like you to reset your Sense manually as described in this help article. After this, try the tips listed in this help page in order to improve the battery life of your Fitbit Sense.

 

Finally, monitor your Fitbit device during the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
