I'm unable to restart my Fitbit Sense. After holding the button for more than 20 seconds, the device does not reboot. The screen briefly flashes, but the Fitbit logo never appears.
That said, the device is syncing correctly, charging, and the sensors seem to be active. However, I am never able to see the clock or any display content on the screen.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you!

Also, when I tap the haptic button, the screen flashes (a quick light blink), but still nothing is displayed.

@Degrar Please try restarting it again. My husband wears a Sense and I used a Versa 3. I am not a fan of that haptic button. Sometimes I had to try 2-4 times to get it to restart.

Thanks @LZeeW I’ve tried several times, but there’s no way to restart it — it vibrates but the Fitbit logo never appears.

After a couple of days of collecting data but with the screen not working, it suddenly started working again on its own. It's a watch I haven't gotten wet, since the previous one, the Ionic, got damaged because of that.
