Sense won't show my swim lengths

My sense shows the time that I swim but not the distance either in yards or meters. The distance is always zero

Hi @Ronlaz - there is a pool length setting and if this got set to zero or there is a bug that may cause the issue. As you normally can't set it to zero, try restarting the watch.

Also try logout from the app, swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and restart the phone.

thanks for the reply.  Nothing seems to work, I did a factory reset with the watch and that still didn't work.  So I guess I'm just stuck with the time that I swim and just count my laps
