I have tried resetting my husband’s Fitbit because the time is off by two minutes compared to his smart phone, IPad and MacBook Pro- Is there a way to reset- I have had him turn both his phone and Fitbit off- reset in settings at on Fitbit, but it is still two minutes slower. HELP??

He doesn’t want me to buy him a new one. Any recommendations appreciated.

Hi there, @Dede13. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your husband's Sense.

As @JohnnyRow has mentioned, a Fitbit device may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from the Fitbit account. The Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with. To make sure the Fitbit Sense has recently synced, go to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.

If by any chance he is running into syncing issues, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync? or if  he needs to relink the Sense, see How do I set up my Fitbit device?

If none of the above works, I recommend changing the time zone to a completely different one, sync the device, put the correct time and sync again.

That means it hasn't sync'ed for a while.  It will take time from phone when it syncs.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
