Hello,
My sense (received on September 2020) is not starting anymore.
It was charged at more than 90% and suddenly stopped.
Tried to force a restart without success. Then tried to charge it and it was really really hot (picture on the watch showed a hot thermometer).
I let it for a couple of hours (not charging) in order for the watch to cool down.
then tried to charge it again and it showed 0 %.
Then no way to start it. It shows the logo and that's all.
How to use my warranty and return it to Fitbit ?
