My fitbit sense won't start anymore. i've treedt all the steps i can find on this forum. All they can say is hold the button for 10 seconds, that does not work. I cleaned the connections, i tried another cable, no vibraties when i connect the cables.

Mine won’t either! I tried to start an “exercise” today and it would just me to the Home Screen and not start it. So I turned it off just thinking it may need to be restarted, when I tried to restart it, it would just show the Fitbit logo for a second and then go black and repeat. It’s been doing that for hours. I tried to plug it up to see if that would help and it didn’t still just doing the Fitbit logo and then black every few seconds.
