Sense won't stay connected to my Fitbit app

Hi, I have a sense. I got a charge 4 so I can use one for work and one for outings or walks.

 

Each time I ad the charge 4 the sense disappears !

 

Help, what am I doing wrong ???

 

I follow the same procedure as when I put a charge 2 on my other halfs account and it does not kick off the larger watch, I cannot for the life of me after spending days see what I am doing different.

Unfortunately, can't have 2 devices on same account, at least devices recent enough to still be able to buy.

It did work with some of the older devices, perhaps the Charge 2, although the quote above says the whole Charge series.

 

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Really ?  how crazy is that ? it def works with charge 2, so that just means someone is too lazy to make some software changes ?  That they do not care enough ?

 

I mean that is all that would be required. So basically now I have a watch that cannot be used, we already have a spare Alta & I know it works as well, so this is all very random. *sigh*
