Hi, I recently got a new phone and multiple times a day my Bluetooth syncing stops. The only way I can reconnect is restarting my watch. Any advice?
I have already disconnected, reconnected, logged out and back in and no change.

That seems to be a pretty common issue with thew app version. It did not used to be like that for me, but started a few app updates back. Hopefully the Fitbit app dev team is aware and publishes a fix in the near future.

Hi @Kelbullen - as @Scott337 says, this is an ongoing fault with the new V4 Fitbit App and as a result makes your smart watch unreliable because you won't always get your notifications and other link related functions.
You can use the SimpleCheckUp app (second test) on the watch to check if it is connected at any time.

Thanks, yes I hope they fix it. I keep missing calls as I'm so used to being notified by my watch. Very frustrating!
