Sense won't stay connected to my iPhone 11

The Sense keeps losing Bluetooth connection. Anytime I open the app it requests to pair with my iPhone 11.

I’ve  had this Sense for two weeks and it’s been nothing but trouble. I never had issues with the Versa2.
I’ve been a Fitbit user for years, but it is time to move to the Apple watch. 😞

Hi there, @SharingOakley. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Sense. We‘re taking into consideration your comments and sentiments in regards to our products and services.

If you haven't done so yet, please try removing the Bluetooth connection between your phone and your Fitbit device:

*On your phone, tap Settings Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device.
*Open the Fitbit app and set up the connection again. You should receive a message asking you to allow your Fitbit device to pair with your phone. Tap Pair to approve the request.

Sync your Sense automatically when you open the Fitbit app or manually by tapping your profile picture > your device tile > Sync Now.

If you continue having syncing difficulties, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Hope that helps.
