My Sense loses Bluetooth connection every day with my iPhone XS - sometimes multiple times per day - and I have to repeat ‘Forget this device’ then pair again from the Fitbit App. I don’t have the phone function either as Sense Controls has the same issue, showing ‘Not connected’ in Bluetooth. Both IOS and Bluetooth devices are up to date and I do not have any other Bluetooth device connected to rule out interference per help articles. Does anyone have the same problem? Thanks in advance.

Hi there, @TatjanaP. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Sense before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from.
Before moving forward, I'd like to confirm that you've done the following steps:*On your phone, tap Settings > Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device.
*Open the Fitbit app and set up the connection again. You should receive a message asking you to allow your Fitbit device to pair with your phone. Tap Pair to approve the request.
Sync your Sense automatically when you open the Fitbit app or manually by tapping your profile picture > your device tile > Sync Now.
If you continue having syncing difficulties, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
As for the Sense controls, please note that them might be listed as “Not Connected” in the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone. When you receive a phone call, the controls automatically reconnect. This feature requires more frequent charging. For more information, see How do I take on-wrist phone calls with my Fitbit smartwatch?
