Good morning.
I am having issues as my phones Bluetooth keeps logging off my fitbit Bluetooth and when it does connect it only reads the input device but not the calls part, so I can't receive or make phone calls on my watch.

May I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here.
On a side note, please know if you're an Android user, you can't use MobileTrack in addition to a Fitbit device. For more information about MobileTrack, see How do I use Fitbit MobileTrack?
If you have MobileTrack linked to your Fitbit account you'll need to remove it in order to set up your Sense. For instructions, see How do I set up my Fitbit device? and if needed, see Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
If you continue having issues with the on-wrist calls after checking the above, please see Why don't on-wrist calls work on my Fitbit device?

Have you tried a factory reset of your watch? Was this originally working for you?
