My Fitbit will not stay connected to my Android phone everything else stays connected but Fitbit sense will not it will not allow me to take calls on my wrist it'll keep giving me error messages from the start. I've had this issue from the very start customer service will do nothing they keep giving me the runaround about notifications and keep telling me the hard reset and they take me through this drill over the phone with no resolution in sight then they tell me to send pictures of the notifications in my settings to make sure it's hooked up correctly which it is but still no resolution or answers to make my FitBit work I've done a hundred times over! Does anybody have answers of what to do next they won't even send me another Pebble and I'm under warranty can somebody please tell me what to do about Fitbit

What phone are you using, I had a Samsung A41 and the connectivity would constantly drop. In order to get my phone to sync with the Sense I had to reboot my phone each morning!
Recently I purchased a Google Pixel 7 and since then the phone and Sense stay connected.
I don't know if this helps!

I have same problem on Sense2 and it seems all my Notifications are not responsive, brand new not impressed with service.🙏🏼😤
