If your Fitbit sense is disconnecting from iOS, you may find that a few times a day you have to "forget the device" in the Bluetooth settings and "pair" the device in the Fitbit App. To resolve this issue, you have to update the Fitbit App.
"My application is up to date" you will say. It updates automatically like all the other apps. There is the issue -
Log into the App Store > Search for Fitbit > click on the Fitbit logo (Not on the Open button), then you will see the update option.
Good luck. And shout out to Manuel at the help desk who helped me find this solution.
