Sense won't stay connected to my phone's Bluetooth

My watch keeps constantly disconnecting.   It's almost like when the battery gets to under 20% now, the Bluetooth just stops and even if I charge it, it won't reconnect.   I've yet to find a surefire way to fix it.   Other than deleting the app and setting everything up again (sometimes it still doesn't work)   it happens every couple days !

I have the same problem. Work well for the first month then after a failed update in october, will not stay connected for more then a couple of hours after a complete watch reset and app re-install. I have done that 1 dozen time in different variation. I contacted FitBit Support and got the equivalent of “Sorry, your on your own”. According to the tech “they are aware of the problem and are working on it. Obviously, they are not putting their best programmer on the case and they don’t seem to be in a hurry to find a solution. So sorry to be the bearer of bad news but for the moment, you’ll have to use the watch as a stand alone device without connection to the app. Maybe someone at Google (FitBit owner) will get of it’s **ahem** and get the problem resolved.

Here is the “ultimate” thing that I have done

  • Uninstall Sense 2 from the app list
  • Made sure it’s no longer in the Bluetooth list
  • Factory reset the watch
  • Uninstall app.
  • Restart phone (Pixel 7a form Google)
  • Re-install app
  • Redo the pairing process.

The watch will connect for a short time.

If you find a solution, please let me know. I would appreciate.

Good luck
