Hi, I have had 6 fitbits, loved them all except the new Sense. My Versa 3 kept dropping the Bluetooth connection. I called fitbit, they said the battery was dead. It is only 14 months old. I have several other fitbits over 3 yrs old. They said get a new one. I just bought the Sense (I really wanted the Versa 3 again, but the Military Nex had the sense on sale for $139.00,no taxes and free shipping. I read the reviews and sounded good. Well it is worse than my Versa 3 I replaced. I have called fitbit and they really didn't know what to do. Said return it. I have been watching videos and made sure my phone settings are all correct, not on battery saving. I have removed it and re added it to my fitbit account many times a day. Can someone help me. I have the Samsung s22 ultra phone. It's only like 3 months old..I'm a senior and not really techy but I have done research and can't find the solution. Very frustrating, I feel like forgetting it and going back to my versa3. But I like being able to personalize my clockface. Sorry so long but would really appreciate any help I can get from you younger folks.😉🙂

Have you tried this sequence? Recommended by

Even though you've tried troubleshooting your watch, I'd recommend to give a try to the following:

I've done that and it changes nothing. Everytime I look at my watch, no matter how close my phone is it shows the disconnected symbol for a few seconds. It's annoying and became an issue about 2 updates ago.
Everything FitBit does messes with this Sense watch. I've had my watch 2yrs and it only worked perfectly for 5 months. After that, they kept trying to 'improve it'. Launching things in other countries that messed with the firmware on all of the watches. I get really excited if my watch runs perfectly for 2wks straight now, sometimes even hopeful.
