My 2-month old Sense suddenly won't stayed paired to my iPhone 12. I've deleted and reinstalled the Fitbit app, turned Bluetooth on and off, and followed every online suggestion I can find but my Sense shows Lost Bluetooth Pairing every time I open the Fitbit app. It worked fine for several weeks before this issue. Now requires that I remove Sense from my iPhone Bluetooth list and re-pair every time I open the Fitbit app.

Hi, @streamsidellc, welcome to the community, this thread may offer you a way forward, I apologise if you have seen it before. Ensure the Fitbit app on your phone has all permissions granted and that any battery-saving function on your phone is disabled. This last is because some phones turn off the Fitbit app as non-essential when it needs to run constantly in the background.
I hope this helps.
Cheers

I just received the Sense as a Christmas gift and it will not stay connected. I have to remove from my Bluetooth list and set it up every time I open the app. I check my settings and they don’t have battery save on and it’s set to work in the background.
