Hello my Fitbit sense was completely dead so I put it in the charger and it won’t turn on completely on now… I will get the vibration then the fitbit logo followed by a white line then it goes completely black I haven’t had this for even a year yet help please

Hi, @Cmt2022, welcome to the community, the display you describe is what we normally see when the device is updating. The line slowly extends to the right as the update progresses. If the line is not behaving like this you may have a faulty device in which case contact "Customer Support", you may want to familiarise yourself with What's Fitbit’s return and warranty policy? before you talk to them on the phone or use the chat facility.
