Sense won’t sync and has wrong time

I have a new Sense and it won’t sync and has the wrong time.  I’ve read the forums and tried EVERYTHING mention and still no luck.  I am amazed at the number of people having this same problem.  Makes me think it is a bug Fit it needs to fix.

* When contacting, mention everything you've already tried to speedy things up.
