Sense won't sync anymore after the update

So from what I am ready those o us who can no longer sync since the update....once you try all the trouble shooting ideas....you are just screwed. Our $200 trackers are worthless and MAYBE there will be a fix in the next update???? Poor business and tech support. Guess it's time to switch to another company. Oh...and get I get my $ 200 back ?!?!?!?!

Hi @galeh61 - the poor syncing with the new app is a known issue.

Did you restart the phone and watch and sync?

Hold the watch button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.
