Sense won't sync unless it's restarted

At least once a week I have to restart my sense. It won't sync. I've turned bluetooth off then back on. I have force quit the app on my phone. Still have to reboot to get it to sync. Is this a common problem?  It's very annoying

I'm sorry to know about the inconvenience that you are experiencing with your Sense.

Could you please confirm if you already tried all the steps listed here to resolve syncing problems? Also, please make sure to check if the mobile device you're using is listed here as a compatible device to sync with the Fitbit app.  

Please, if the issue persists, try the setup process one more time.
