Sense won't sync with Android phone

I got the watch exactly 5 days ago, received an update two days ago, now the phones blue tooth sees it but only for a split second, then it disappears, when it comes back on, my fitbit app tells me that Sense rejected pairing. So I followed all the steps, no avail, still not syncing or phone seeing the Sense. Have gone so far as a factory reset and now it's stuck in a new position, had a friend with a Samsung Galaxy 10 to try to sync it, and it didn't see it either. Tried an iphone 11, guess what, it didn't see it either, then tried an LG , guess what. It didn't see it either. So I guess I spent $300 on something that worked for only 2 days, got an update, now it's a flash light thing...go figure...and yes I have, an did complete all the steps...and gained nothing but frustration, aggravation, and now deleted fitbit from phone and tablet. Very poor support. Looked at their web site for os and I'm actually above the minimum requirements by at least 2 years..had tech support te me that unless you are using Android 10.5 or higher, Sense will not work correctly. End of quote .so end of my service with Fitbit

Was the update to the android app version 3.37? If so, there's an ongoing bug causing connection issues for some of us. Keep an eye on the following thread where Fitbit are posting updates:
