I have the sense and it was working fine but 3 months ago I stopped receiving calls and it wont sincronice with my phone unless I do it manually. I get a notification that says to re-start the phone because notificaciones are not available and I have done it several times and no luck with that. I have a HUAWUEI mate 20 pro.

Hi, @Rugigolf welcome to the community, while most phones work well with Fitbit devices some require special care, see  What should I know about using the Fitbit app on my Android phone? While your specific phone is not mentioned a close relative is. You should also check you have allowed all permissions in the Fitbit app on your phone and that any battery-saving function is disabled for the Fitbit app. This last is because some phones treat the Fitbit app as non-essential and close it down when it needs to run constantly in the background.
