Sense won't sync with Samsung S8+

My sense isn't connecting to the Bluetooth. Any suggestions on how to get this on my Android s8+? The battery also lasted 2 days.

Hi @Machine2, welcome. It's nice to see you here in the forums.

Thanks for letting me know about your Sense. To look into this may I know if you've received an error message? Do you have other Bluetooth connections nearby that might be interfering with the connection? If you've not done so, please give a try to the troubleshooting tips described in this help article and let me know how it goes.

About your other question, while your Sense should last up to 6 days, as any other electronic device, the battery life will depend on how frequent certain features are used. If your watch is continuously tracking GPS or SpO2 data, using Spotify control music, Always-On Display or an animated clock face, you may have to charge your watch more often. This doesn't mean that you shouldn't use them, it's just for you to take those conditions into consideration.

That being said, I'd suggest you to fully charge your watch with the charging cable that came in the box, follow the suggestions to maximize the battery life described here and monitor its behavior.

I look forward to your response.

Thank you for your response and I actually don't really have anything running. I'll try with the Bluetooth making sure nothing else is connected, but I dont think so.
Again thank you

On my Samsung Galaxy A20 I figured out to put my phone into vibration mode to receive calls and it is now connected. Not sure if this will help.

I also use a Samsung Galaxy S8. I just upgraded yesterday from a Versa 2 to the Sense. Whenever I pair a Fitbit with my phone, I found that following a specific procedure always works for me. First, delete the current fitbit from your app account if you have one... then unpair the current Fitbit from your phones bluetooth....

Make sure you are in a room that has NO OTHER BLUETOOTH devices running. Charge the Sense to 100% .Restart your phone (this restarts the Fitbit app) Your Fitbit app should show a new device available.... from there, it is just a matter of following the instructions. I always make sure the Fitbit is connected to the same 2.4 WiFi that the phone is connected to, because you will probably have a firmware upgrade and it takes forever over bluetooth.

After my firmware update, I checked status on the Fitbit app... added a few new watch faces and away I went. Everything is working perfectly... Tracking my sleep... ECG works, no issues syncing whatsoever... I get text notifications, phone calls and weather on my Sense.  I also used the Sense to go for a 2 mile walk.. The Sense locked onto GPS within 30 seconds and gave me a lot more info on my walk than I got using my Versa 2.

The Heart rate (some people say there is an issue) i compared with previous walks.. checked about the same. Good luck using your Sense... I am completely satisfied with mine so far and have had no issues at all using the same phone.
