I updated the app last week. Since that point on my Sense will not sync. It doesn’t display correct battery level, no sleep data transfers, nothing. I subscribe to premium. It does transfer steps, floors, and heart rate.
Sometimes I get texts, phone calls, etc. I have reset my Bluetooth, turned off sense, turned off my iPhone 13, even deleted the app and reinstalled.
No luck. Please help. I feel it has to do with the app update.

@DougTh Thanks for the detailed information, and your efforts while working on this prior to posting. I'm sorry you're having this experience with your Sense. I understand you've tried some steps, but let's try reconnecting your watch to the Fitbit app:
@J-flex Thanks for joining this thread. Because your watch isn't charging correctly, that might be the reason why it's not syncing. I went ahead to check your details and it seems you already have a case created with our Support team. Please keep an open communication with them.

Thank you for your help. I am finally connected and everything resolved. I wanted to let you know what I had to do in case others have troubles.
I did everything you mentioned. But when replacing as you mentioned I had issues. I received the paring code but when it trued to connect I received an error and abort. It could connect to the Sense. So I reset my Sense to Factory settings. Then I was able to complete the steps. I am all good now.

PS I too couldn’t get Snore Report after getting up and running. It wasn’t showing in my settings. I went in to “forget this” on my Sense Controls. I reconnected this. Then I forced closed the apps. Then I reopened it. It still wasn’t showing. After waiting an hour the reposts appeared not having to do anything additional.
