The app is not showing any information on both my iPhone and iPad

Well @CandyMontana first we want to choose one device.
In the not chosen device, turn it's Bluetooth off.
Now let's go to our chosen device.
Let's shutdown and turn on the iPhone or iPad. Whichever device you chose.
Restart the Sense. Settings - Shutdown - Tap and confirm.
Hold the button for at least 12 seconds to turn on tracker / or place in powered charging cable.
I would also clear the cache for the fitbit app. You might have to Google.
Of course between the steps above, you want to check if it syncs.
Then
When the fix has been found, next time start with this step.
