Hi, I haven’t been able to sync my sense to my iOS app. I have tried to follow the steps the app has shown me + I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my phone and still no luck. If anyone knows how to fix this, a response would be much appreciated. Thanks

Hi Carol, thank you for sending me that link however my sense is still not syncing to my phone. It says it’s connected via Bluetooth in my settings app but won’t sync on the Fitbit app so my stats will not upload onto the app.
