Hi @Tracyann01,
most known issue with the iOS app of Fitbit currently is that you are not able to modify your notification settings.
I am not aware of a general sync issue.

@Tracyann01, thanks for bringing this to our attention and to look into this may I know if you received an error message? Is the Fitbit app updated on your phone? Also, have you made sure to turn off other nearby Bluetooth connections that may interfere with the syncing process? If you've not done so, please give a try to the suggestions described in this help article.
