My sense won’t connect to Bluetooth or sync

Hi @Madmum This can be so annoying. First off try restarting you Sense, and also remove the Sense from your bluetooth list on your phone and restart the phone and then try syncing again. If you still have no joy, try THIS Help Article on Syncing Problems.
