Sense won't sync

For some reason all of a sudden my Sense 2 won't sync,I have never had that problem before. 

Any ideas of what I can do?

Mine has done the same .. since they updated to google .. so frustrating

No matter what Fitbit tells you, the only fix is to shut down your Fitbit device and restart it. Once you do this, it will sync. Only problem is, that it requires you to do that every single day. I've had Fitbit for years, and will be looking for something else soon. They are no longer a reliable device.

Sense (FW 44.128.6.17) sometimes does not sync. So far, restarting the mobile device (Android 12) has helped. The Fitbit application can't even find Wi-Wi network when in this mode. Otherwise, the cell phone works normally.

Me too. Had fitbit many years have loved it, but since this update I'm looking to change to something more reliable. I, like others, don't have tome to restart it everyday. So frustrating.
