Sense won't track my calories accurately

I've tried a few of the suggestions, i.e. tightening the band, but no luck.  It's definitely not registering typically 150 to 200 calories for sure during workouts.  I wear a separate heart rate monitor during a HITT class and it's

always 200+ calories more.  During sn hour of weight training,  it's only registering around 100 calories.  Not sure what else to try.  Super frustrated with this.

Hi @Lgoing - if you look in the forums you will see that your watch may have trouble registering the correct heart rate during exercises which will affect calories. But the good news is it should still measure heart rate more consistently when not moving so sleep and RHR should be reasonably accurate.
