Sense won't track my heart rate accurately

Hi Everyone

I’ve had my sense since December (having previously had a versa) and have found the heart rate monitor is terrible like way off what it should be comparatively to chest straps/heart rate monitors at the gym etc. Like, I’ve never hit my peak heart rate on my sense! And generally there is a disparity of at least 40-50bpm compared to other methods, even a different fit bit. I know they are never 100% and in fact nothing is ever 100% but still I’d expect to be nearer.

anyway, Fitbit have some suggestions to try which I did for two weeks but no joy. And from having a look on the community it seems this is not an uncommon issue with the sense.

fit bit have been good they’ve offered either a replacement of the sense or 50% off any other module. Has anyone had a similar issue then replaced with another sense and had it work?

im just not sure what to do as I’d hate to get another sense and be disappointed again.

I think you need to re-read my post, as you’ve totally missed the point.

I actually said FitBit have been good with my enquiry. What I’m wanting is advice  from others who have had a similar issues to myself. Do I try another sense and hope I don’t have the same issue or elect to take the offer of 50% off another type of Fitbit.

I really don’t think you should be commenting on behalf of your company if you don’t fully understand the post.
