Sense won't track my heart rate

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

For three days now, my Sense is not registering my heart rate. I have tried cleaning the sensors, tightening the band (which is the original band), and restarting my Fitbit. The firmware is also up to date. Without HR, I can't get detailed sleep data, which I am supposed to be able to provide to my medical practitioner prior to a sleep study. I'm a long time Fitbit user and I've never had a problem like this. The app fails to sync all the time, which is annoying, but this is a loss of a critical function. Any other suggestions besides throwing it away and changing to an Oura ring or Samsung watch?
