Sense won't track my sleep data accurately anymore

Over the last two months or so, my sense randomly stops recording my sleep. I usually get around 7 hours sleep so when I look at it in the morning and it only show 4 hours I know it is wrong.  I look at it and it shows it stopped tracking anywhere from 2-4am in the morning.  Not that I had restless sleep but that I was finished sleeping.  It’s bad enough that charging this thing is terrible but now there are more and more issues with it.  Sleep tracking being the biggest one right now.  Will Fitbit be fixing these issues or are a lot of us just stuck with an expensive piece of nothing on our wrists until we move on.

We are stuck with an expensive piece of nothing until we find something better.  Mine is 3yrs old and has had issues on/off since it was 4 months old or so...long before Google took over.

Sadly I've yet to find anything to replace it because my phone is Android.  Other competitors have been worse.

I have been looking at Garmin.  I’m just so tired of paying a lot of money for substandard products.  Might just be time to buy some no name product.

Mine does the same thing.  Or sometimes it says I am still sleeping but I have been up getting ready for work but still records as sleep.  Wth?

I had a Garmin Venu and didn't like the app, mainly for the way it tracked
and recorded sleep. It also had a bright light at night for tracking oxygen
and sleep. I ended up giving it to my daughter but might try another one
of their brands. The battery life for her is amazing - at least 1 week.
There is something about me because I used to drain it in at least 3 days.

I tried a Samsung but that had a battery life a whole day without anything
running in background. Very disappointing. Returned.

I tried other cheaper ones and lucky if they lasted a couple months. I'm
starting to believe there is something about my body. After having kids I
couldn't keep a battery in the old standard wrist watches longer than 1yr.
🤣

I hope you can find something that works for you. It's definitely
frustrating.

I don’t mind charging daily.  I typically charge each night while watching tv before going to bed.  Surely there is a device out there that actually works.  I’m so fed up with Fitbit   This device and app has really gone downhill the last few months.

It has only done that once to me…and again that was within the last two months.  The health metrics info on the main screen is usually wrong as well.  So if the only thing that really works is the steps, why am I buying such expensive pieces.  Very frustrating.

I can’t track my sleep any more either.  And tracking activity is sketchy too.  Not happy at all!!! New updated app sucks!!! I am ready to abandon my Fitbit.  What say you Fitbit???
