Sense won't track my sleep times accurately

Once or twice a week sleep reading is very wrong. It only records part of the nights sleep.  For example I woke refreshed after about 8 hours sleep and Sense says I didn’t sleep until 90 minutes before I woke. This extreme case but often it doesn’t record the first few hours.

Hi there, @Tonymarris. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with your Sense.

As a first approached, I'd recommend to sync your Versa 2 to the app after waking up. This will help to make sure that all your data is sync properly.

Also, note that your time asleep is calculated by subtracting your time spent awake and restless from your overall tracked sleep time. For example, if you slept 8 hours but woke up 2 times for 15 minutes each, your time asleep would be 7 hr 30 min.

To learn more about your time asleep in sleep stages, see What should I know about Fitbit sleep stages?

Edit or delete sleep logs in the Fitbit app. For instructions, see How do I add, edit, or delete Fitbit data and activities?

I understand all you say but that isn’t the problem. I always sinc my Sense after I wake. I know how to read the app. Often the sleep information seems reasonable but once or twice a week it is nonsense. It says I didn’t go to sleep until hours after I did. Or that I woke after an hour or so and started a new sleep several hours later.   This is shown as two separate sleeps.   It is misinterpreting some data it is picking up.

I have been having this same issue in the last week.

My app is tracking my sleep correctly but it’s not syncing the sleep reading on the watch.  It’s just been doing this since the other day when I kept trying to going on when I woke up and the app would not come on. Think they were having issues their end but it’s now left me with this issue.

I’m having the same issue . It does not show my sleep data and my Fitbit will not sync to the app . I’ve tried re starting my Fitbit and reconnecting to Bluetooth .
