I have had my Sense for a couple years now without much issues. A few weeks ago it started saying that I've been going to bed a couple of hours after I actually went to sleep. My wife goes to sleep after me often and has said that I am definitely sleeping. This week it shows me going to bed around 2 or 3 in the morning when I've been in bed sleeping by 11 ish. I've tried a lot of the tips and tricks mentioned in other threads. I've even gone as far as doing a factory reset. All have failed correcting the issue. Anyone have any other ideas or has the Sense aged out and I should get a new one?

I have the same issue. Been happening for quite a while now. Several times a week k have to edit my sleep time. It’s not because the data isn’t there because of the device not being worn properly or anything like that, it recalculates once I edit the start time. It’s clear from heart rate data that j was sleeping and obviously not moving. Something has changed.

Thanks! I didn't realize the fitbit was holding onto the data and not reporting it. Hopefully they find a fix for this soon!

Ever since the reporting format for sleep tracking on my Sense changed, the results have been wrong almost every night. I'm over 60 and, therefore, I usually get up at least once each night to pee, like most people my age. Instead of reporting that short break(s) as an awake time in a continuous sleep track, it starts over most of the time. This new display/analysis sucks, as everyone on this forum has reported. The Sense never did do a good job of consistently tracking my sleep (I have a small wrist and I think the sensor doesn't work well in that case.) but this is ridiculous.
PLEASE FIX!!!!!

I tried your suggestion and received the following message: "A sleep log already exists for this time period." As I recall, I tried the same thing a long time ago and got the same message. In this case, I am trying to capture a missed period of sleep between two reported sleep periods so that might be the problem. I tried that and it does give me an additional sleep period so that I got 7 hr and 54 min of sleep but didn't change my sleep score.
Very awkward way to do things and completely inconsistent with having a sleep tracker that is easy to use and accurate.
PLEASE FIX!!!

My Sense indicates I’ve had less than 2 hrs sleep in several nights, even though I know I slept much more than that. This has happened on several occasions, same thing this morning. Also screen display has changed - showing only orange time and numbers. Attempted to reset it, but no luck.

I’m dealing with the same problem. I have been using a Fitbit product for 5 years and every new watch I get seems glitchier than the last but also more expensive than the last. This will be my last Fitbit watch

I agree. The only reason I still battle on with Fitbit is the integrated food log to be honest. That’s so glitchy I use various workarounds and have done for years, it doesn’t get better. It’s so frustrating that Fitbit is pretty much the best solution for me but doesn’t deliver what it sells consistently and it doesn’t improve. I expect this comment to be removed as ‘inflammatory’ which I take to mean, we’re not listening to you.
