Should I replace with $149 Sense as I wait for Google to get it together?

Hi there, @Ewigginton.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I understand where you're coming from and I'm sorry for this inconvenience. If you'd like to give your Sense another chance, may I know since when this started to happen? Is it recording your heart rate? Is the issue with the Fitbit app not showing this data, even though it's displayed on your watch?
In the meantime, I'd recommend the following steps:
- Forget your Sense from the Bluetooth settings.
- Restart your watch to refresh its performance.
- Open the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Set Up a Device.
- Select your Sense, tap Replace Device and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Try wearing your watch about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone and monitor its behavior.
