Sense won't track sleep stages

I have the sense watch and the sleep stats have worked fine for years but suddenly this past week I am only getting a simplified sleep status   I am wearing as I have in the past but no longer getting my sleep score

My says it can’t read my heart rate. I am wondering why it has been able to read it for years and suddenly this last week can no longer detect it ?

Hi @Sewsyl. Welcome to the Community Forums.

I've moved your post to this new thread to keep the forums organized. Thanks for letting me know about your Sense and the message you're getting on the Fitbit app. I understand that you've been using your watch in the same way, but please double check the following factors that prevent your watch from tracking sleep stages:

  • Sleeping in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely.
  • Using the Begin Sleep Now function on the Fitbit app instead of letting your watch to autodetect your sleep data.
  • Sleeping for less than 3 hours.

If these factors don't apply to you, try restarting your watch to refresh its performance, wear it about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone to sleep and sync once you're awake to check your details.

Hope this helps.
