Hi there, @Garygila. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums.  Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Sense before reaching out.

Are you still having issues? Did you try the tips and recommendations provided by @Guy_

If the issue is still happening, please try the following steps:

  • Clean the charging contacts on the back of your Sense using the instructions in How do I clean my Fitbit device?
  • If the error "insufficient power source" appears on your device's screen, remove other devices plugged in to your power source, or plug your device in to another source.
  • Try a different USB port or a UL-certified wall charger.
  • Check the alignment and try reconnecting your device to the charging cable. For more information, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  • Restart your Fitbit once again. For more information, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Hi, @Garygila - it's possible that the watch it clock face has developed a fault.

In the Fitbit App Gallery tile if the watch is syncing change the clock face and see if this helps.

If not, hold the button for 10 seconds till it stops vibrating and vibrates again and wait for the logo to appear, if it does.
