Sense won’t turn on or charge

I was so excited to get this and wish I never did. It’s less than a month and it’s dead, won’t turn on, won’t charge

Hi @Raesquared,

 

You should still be under warranty.  I'd take it back to the store and see if they will honor an exchange.
